Recharge Page – User Guide

The Recharge page allows you to top up your account balance and manage your complete transaction history.

1. Top-Up Methods

You can choose between two payment options:

A. Crypto Payment (via NowPayments)

1. Select Crypto as your payment method.

2. You will be redirected to the NowPayments gateway.

3. Choose your preferred cryptocurrency.

4. Enter the amount in USD you wish to top up.

5. NowPayments will automatically calculate the estimated crypto amount based on your selected coin.

6. Important: Ensure that the Estimated Amount (coin) is greater than the Minimum Amount (coin).

   • This requirement is set by NowPayments to avoid issues with very small transaction fees.

B. Card Payment (via Stripe)

1. Select Card as your payment method.

2. You will be redirected to the Stripe payment gateway.

3. Enter your amount in USD.

4. Stripe will automatically create an invoice and guide you through the secure payment process.

2. Transaction History

• View a detailed list of all your past transactions directly on the Recharge page.

3. Incomplete Transactions

• If you start a NowPayments transaction but do not complete it, the next time you return to the Recharge page, you will see a reminder with instructions to continue and finalize your payment.

• If the pending transaction is not completed within 24 hours, NowPayments will automatically cancel it.

This page ensures you can quickly add funds to your balance using secure payment options while keeping full visibility of your payment history.
